j ai de-fragmenter mon dd , j ai virer cookies et tout le bazar ,mais rien n y fait ,j ai passer plusieurs scans avec avira et malwarebytes mais vois rien

ZHPDiag a beaucoup évolue, désinstalle le via le panneau de configuration puis retélécharge le pour nous proposer un nouveau scan.

Tu as une mise à jour en cours le plugin flash player

Bouton démarrer > Executer copie colle

pour lancer la mise à jour pas sûr que ça fonctionne.

as tu tenté de couper vmware au démarrage du pc ?

tu étais entrain de l'utiliser ou non ?
si non faudrait regarder dans les paramètres de ce logiciel pour le désactiver du demarrage pc.
Il est conseillé de générer un rapport avec aucun logiciel lancé.

en effet c est vrai que j étais en train d utiliser ces logiciels ...
donc je vais faire cette mise a jour
mais tant que j y suis j ai fait la full mise a jour pour mon windows
mais il est venu intégrer des trucs que j aimerais me débarrasser
comme par exemple qd j allume mon pc le fait qu il y a cette fenêtre ou je dois cliquer pour entrer dans mon windows ,comme si j étais un utilisateur
ensuite dans le fond a droite "rechercher sur l ordinateur
t enfin le nouveau moteur de recherche qd on recherche un fichier sur son pc

Je pense que tu tombes sur la page de demarrage utilisateur ou tu dois choisir le nom de ta session ?

Ouvre ZHPFix,
clic sur le bouton SysRestore situé à droite.
Cela va creer un point de restauration système et généré un rapport.

Puis
essaie ceci :

Si tu dois entrer un mot de passe, il faudrait le supprimer.
Panneau de configuration > compte utilisateur > Nom de ton compte > supprimer mot de passe.
Redémarre ton PC, est ce que tu as toujours cette page au démarrage ?
Si oui poursuis avec la suite :


Bouton démarrer > executer > copie colle control userpasswords2
Valide par enter
Décoche la case en haut.
Valide et redémarre
est ce toujours le cas ?

Pour la recherche etc... pourrais tu me faire des captures d'écran afin de voir de quoi tu parles exactement ?

avec" AZ administrateur de l ordinateur "afin de pouvoir retrouver mon espace de travail

comment faire afin qu il se connecte avec " AZ administrateur de l ordinateur "directement au lieu et place de "ADMINISTRATEUR administrateur de l ordinateur "

Recoche la case décoché précedemment dans control userpasswords2.


Réalise un export de la clé suivante :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon
Pour cela
bouton démarrer > executer > taper > regedit
valider par enter
rends toi vers HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon
fais un clic droit > choisir exporter
nomme le winlogo.txt et poste moi le contenu dans ta prochaine réponse


Pour Windows Search
Réalise un clic droit sur la barre des tâches >chosiir barre d'outil > Décoche barre de recherche windows search.

Rends toi dans le panneau de configuration > ajout suppression de programme
Désinstalle Windows Search

Redémarre le pc.

Poste moi un rapport ZHPDiag merci

voila j ai donc remis control userpasswords2 ,mais bon on reviens au soucis de tantôt a savoir
sur l écran de connexion d utilisateur ou je dois ouvrir ma session pour accéder a mon espace de travail

pour windows search je le vois bien dans le menu de configuration désinstaller mais lorsque je veux le désinstaller il m indique toute une panoplie de pgm qui risquerais de ne plus fonctionner
j ai essayer de restaurer une image de ghost mais lorsque je lance mon cd de ghost celui ci ne vois plus qu une partie de mes dossiers ....la je ne comprends ...pourtant cela a tjs bien fonctionner
mais je poste un nouveau sujet pour cela

j'ai demandé l'export d'une clé pour régler ton probleme de session administrateur, peux tu me la poster merci.

La panoplie de programme windows search quelle est elle ? je ne peux pas deviner.

Si tu penses restaurer ton systeme j'arrête mes manipulations maintenant je ne veux pas perdre mon temps.
Assures toi que ton cd ghost prenne en charge le sata en natif sinon il faut surement mettre ton disque dur en ide via ton bios.

windows search et les mises à jour ont surement provoqué des modifications, maintenant, ce n'est pas mon pc, mais je tenterai la désinstallation de windows search mais avant je sauvegarderai tout mes documents personnels.

Pour norton ghost, je ne connais pas ce logiciel, je ne pourrai te répondre, mais si tu as l'habitude de l'utiliser il faut toujours utilisé le soft qui a réalisé l'image de préférence.

Sinon il y aurait une solution avec un fix SANS désinstaller windows search mais on le désactivant.



Il faut modifier la clef de registre qui se situe à "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Desktop Search\DS", soit mettre la clef "ShowStartSearchBand" à 0 au lieu de 1

Créer un point de restauration système avant de réaliser la manipulation suivante :
Ouvre ZHPFix -> clic sur SysRestore.

Sauvegarde la clé suivante : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Desktop Search
Bouton démarrer > executer > taper regedit :> valider par enter

Clic droit exporter nomme le sauvegarde_WDS.reg sur ton bureau.

oui mais des fois cela parait élémentaire comme on l explique car c est vrai que c est moi qui suit derrière le pc ...
je redémarre mon pc tantôt et te fais ce rapport pour l instant je cherche le pq du comment avec ghost ...
c est bizarre car avec un mini windows boot il voit mes lecteurs et tout ce qu il y a dedans ...
penses tu que cela pourrais etre du au fait que j ai fait une mise a jour du bios ..ce qui me semble fort peu probable

Si tes ennuies ont débuté avec la maj du bios et les mises à jour que tu as faite, c'est possible

tu refais la même chose qu'avant avec un bios antérieur si ta carte mère l'accepte, un flash bios n'est pas sans danger.

Quant tenu que je te demande depuis plusieurs jours ton rapport zhpdiag et tu veux te débrouiller seul, je ne vais pas poursuivre ne connaissant pas ghost.
Peut être que quelq'un d'autre te prendra en charge.

je le connais pas ton programme je ne peux pas t'aider, de toute façon je ne pense pas que ce soit une bonne idée. Autant tout réinstaller soit meme et repartir sur un autre logiciel de ghosting si vraiment tu es embêté.
