lorsque j'allume mon ordinateur le message suivant apparaît :

"Ie3sh.exe – Composant introuvable
Cette application n’a pas pu démarrer car BHO.DLL est introuvable. La réinstallation de cette application peut corriger ce problème."

J'ai déjà néttoyé l'ordi avec ccleaner, Malwarebytes’, TFC.exe, mais rien à faire le message revient sans arrêt!!!

elle n'y arrive pas , le clipbrd garde un rapport de findykill

Ok, si tu peux faire l'intermédiaire, tant mieux ! Par contre, elle peut tenter un autre hébergeur, comme http://www.cijoint.fr si c'est ça qui la bloque.

Bref, ça grouille de méchantes bêtes sur le système ! EoRezo, n'installe plus rien qui vient de chez eux ! Attention aux Toolbars (barres d'outils) lorsque tu installes des programmes "gratuits". On voit aussi des infections par support amovible... Je te redirai tout ça plus tard, occupons-nous du nettoyage.


Commence par ceci :

AD-Remover :

Sous VISTA

==> Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection)

* Clique sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
* Redémarre le PC

• Rends-toi à cette adresse afin de télécharger AD-Remover (créé par C_XX) : http://forum-aide-contre-virus.be/download/AD-Remover.html
  
  
• Clique sur TÉLÉCHARGER et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

• Double clique sur le fichier d'installation de AD-Remover, le programme s'installera automatiquement.
  
  
• Sous Vista : clic droit sur AD-Remover et sélectionner "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
  
  
• Au menu principal choisi l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée]
  
  
• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
  
  
• Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin.

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note :

Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Tu as une infection par disques amovibles, tu as du connecté une clé ou un MP3 ou un DD externe infecté. Fais ceci :

UsbFix option 1 : recherche

• Télécharge UsbFix et enregistre-le sur ton bureau
  
  
• tutoriel recherche
  
  
• Double-clique sur UsbFix présent sur ton bureau, l'installation se fera automatiquement
  
  
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
  
  
• Choisi l'option 1 (recherche)
  
  
• Laisse travailler l'outil
  
  
• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra
  
  
• Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

UsbFix option 2 : nettoyage

• tutoriel nettoyage
  
  
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
  
  
• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
  
  
• choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )
  
  
• Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .
  
  
• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
  
  
• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau .
  
  
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

J'ai fais Usbfix option 2 seulement j'ai a nouveau problème pour coller le rapport et en plus comme je suis un peu bête j'ai fais couper et non copier du coup j'ai perdu le rapport!!!

es ce que je le relance ou pas?

est-ce que tu as essayé les raccourcis clavier pour voir si ça fonctionne
( même si le mieux est de passer par ci-joint pour les rapports un peu longs )

copier ctrl + c

coller ctrl + v

couper ctrl + x

annuler ctrl + z

selectionner tout ctrl + a

C'est bien plus propre !

Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM): http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

Installe-le en vérifiant que la case de mise à jour soit bien cochée en fin d'installation.

Après la mise à jour, lance-le et coche "Examen Rapide". Puis "Rechercher".

Si MBAM trouve quelque chose: fais "Voir les résultats" puis "Supprimer la sélection".

Poste le rapport généré (si tu peux, sinon, tu peux aussi l'héberger).

Ouzopower désolé j'ai encore mis le lien cijoint car le coller, avec les rapports, ça marche pas, même avec la fonction ctrl + v . Je pense que c'est pas grave car après cela fonctionne bien!

Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. /!\ Si l'outil t'indique "ne répond pas", n'en tient pas compte, patiente /!\

Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.

Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).
