antispywareexpert sur mon ordi

bonjour !

j'ai recupéré ce virus depuis 2 jours !!donc inutile d'en rajouté !!!
j'ai telechargé hijackthis et malwarebyte sur cd au travail sur un autre ordi sur cd, et de retour chez moi mon ordi infecté ne veut pas me l'ouvrir et pour cause, pas si bete !! que faire !!!

excuse la non reponse immediate mais c'est un peu galere car je ne peux plus me connecter avec mon ordi personnel (maison) donc j'essaie de trouver la solution via l'ordi du boulot donc aujourdhui cela ne sera pas possible mais demain vers 12h ok

antispy me bloque la page d'accueil google via l'achat du logiciel
m'a bloqué le panneau de configuration
le changement de cession....par contre comment faire pour pouvoir inserer hijackthis ou malwarebyte autrement que par cd ou clef usb, le virus ne me les autorise pas ???,comment le deverouiller ,,,,???merci pour toutes vos reponses !!! et vous recontacte demain vers 12h (pause dejeuner oblige!!)

j'avais bien la connexion internet mais le virus ne me permettait plus d'acceder a la page google,il me renvoyait directement sur une page d'achat du logiciel de reparation donc n'etant pas un expert !!!!de plus j'avais telechargé hijackthis + malwarebytessur un cd et l'ordi ne voulait pas me l'enregistrer ????j'ai donc mis malware sur une clef usb et je l'ai importé par picasa!!!!copié sur mon bureau et je l'ai lancé etça a marché(???)...donc maintenant c'est plus facile qu'au bureau...je vais telecharger hijackthis en suivant ton tutorial et essayer de te le faire parvenir des l'analyse terminé. au plus vite !!merci

Ecoute, moi je n'arrive plus à te suivre, si tu fais ta désinfection tout seul je t'en pris de ne pas balancer des rapports comme ça, et mettre Résolu dans le titre de ce sujet

Quand tu demande de l'aide dans forum de sécurité, il faut suivre le helper qui t'as pris en charge dans toutes ses indications !!!

desolé diabolo mais c'est grace au site qui m'a donné toutes les informations pour supprimmer ce virus et en etudiant les differentes solutions que j'ai pu (enfin je pense avoir supprimmé le probleme) je te remercie ainsi que tous les helpeurs de bibou.!!hijackthis je ne connaissais meme pas hier encore !!!!donc c vraiment grace a vous si mon ordi fonctionne,sav bibou !!!!la preuve c que je ne sais pas si mon rapport est bon?? ilreste encore du rouge ?????
deplus la gestion ordi maison/ordi boulot untantinet galere !!!nouveau sur bibou j'avoue que la gestion surveiller la reponse/ignorer la reponse a ce sujet me pose un petit probleme...quand a mettre resolu sur mon probleme,j'attend ta confirmation !!!!bon ce n'estpas tout çà,faut aller au boulot.
